Song Of The Year: 20% evaluasi juri + 80% download/streaming lagu (50% Korea + 30% Global).
Album Of The Year: 20% evaluasi juri + 80% penjualan album.
Worldwide Icon Of The Year: 70% vote di Mnet Plus + 30% vote melalui Spotify.
Nominasi lengkap Worldwide Fans Choice bisa dilihat di aplikasi Mnet Plus, dan voting di untuk kategori tersebut pun langsung dimulai pada 19 Oktober 2023 pukul 16.00 WIB hingga 30 Oktober pukul 21.59 WIB di aplikasi yang sama.
