JawaPos.com - Ajang penghargaan untuk film dan program televisi Amerika Serikat, Golden Globe Awards 2024 yang ke-81 akhirnya kembali digelar di The Beverly Hilton Hotel, Los Angeles, AS pada Senin (8/1) pagi WIB.
Melibatkan lebih dari 300 voter dari Hollywood Foreign Press Association di seluruh dunia, Golden Globe resmi mengumumkan deretan pemenang dari total 27 kategori.
Meskipun pemenangnya cukup beragam, namun ada satu film yang membawa pulang piala lebih banyak dari film dan series lain. Dia adalah Oppenheimer.
Oppenheimer berhasil memborong 5 piala, tidak hanya menyabet kategori Film Drama Terbaik, melainkan juga Aktor Film Terbaik (Cillian Murphy), Aktor Pendukung Film Terbaik (Robert Downey Jr.), Sutradara Film Terbaik (Christopher Nolan), dan Tata Musik Terbaik (Ludwig Göransson).
Sementara itu, Film Barbie yang tayang berdekatan dengan Oppenheimer juga berhasil membawa pulang dua piala dari kategori Cinematic and Box Office Achievement dan Lagu Orisinil Terbaik melalui lagu Billie Eilish yang berjudul What Was I Made For?
Dua penghargaan lain juga diperoleh film asal Perancis, Anatomy of a Fall melalui kategori Film Non-Bahasa Inggris Terbaik dan Piala Skenario Terbaik.
Beralih ke nominasi program televisi, 4 piala berhasil diraih serial HBO, Succession yang menyabet Serial Televisi Drama Terbaik, Aktris Serial Televisi Terbaik (Sarah Snook), Aktor Serial Televisi Terbaik (Kieran Culkin), dan Aktor Pendukung Serial Televisi Terbaik (Matthew Macfadyen).
